Since our services are primarily digital and customized according to client requirements, refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms mentioned below.

1. Order Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a service or project by contacting us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before significant work has been completed. Once substantial development, customization, or service delivery has commenced, cancellation and refund eligibility may be limited.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in circumstances where:

• The service has not yet commenced.

• The project has been cancelled before substantial work has been performed.

• A refund is specifically agreed upon between GNP Robo Software Solutions and the client.

• A refund is required under applicable law.

Any applicable refund will be determined based on the work completed, resources utilized, third-party costs incurred, and the terms agreed upon with the client.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, payments may generally be non-refundable once work has commenced, particularly for:

• Website development and customization

• Mobile application development

• Software development

• Custom coding and programming

• Robotics and technology solutions

• Digital marketing services already performed

• Domain, hosting, software, plugin, API, or third-party service charges

• Customized designs, graphics, content, or other digital deliverables

• Services that have already been delivered or deployed

4. Advance Payments

Where an advance payment has been made for a project, the advance may be used to cover initial development, planning, design, resources, third-party services, and other project-related expenses.

If the project is cancelled after work has commenced, the refundable amount, if any, will be determined based on the work completed and costs already incurred.

5. Project Cancellation by Client

If a client chooses to discontinue a project after development or service work has started, GNP Robo Software Solutions reserves the right to deduct applicable charges for work already completed and expenses incurred before processing any eligible refund.

6. Project Cancellation by GNP Robo Software Solutions

In exceptional circumstances, GNP Robo Software Solutions may cancel or discontinue a project or service.

Where a project is cancelled by us and a refund is applicable, the eligible amount will be communicated to the client and processed according to the agreed terms and applicable law.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed using the original payment method, where technically possible.

The time required for the refund to reflect in the client’s account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution involved.

8. Third-Party Charges

Charges paid to third-party service providers, including but not limited to domain registration, hosting, premium themes, plugins, APIs, software licenses, payment gateways, advertising platforms, or other external services, may not be refundable if those services have already been purchased or activated.

9. Service Delivery and Acceptance

Once the agreed digital deliverables have been provided, deployed, or made available to the client, the service may be considered delivered.

Any concerns regarding the delivered service should be communicated to us promptly so that we can review the issue and, where applicable, provide reasonable corrections or support according to the agreed project scope.
